3rd place on Wendelstein, 2nd place in Oberstdorf, SKI
At the Vertical Extreme 2006, Aljandro Dailoff won second place on Nebelhorn, Oberstdorf, and third place on Wendelstein, Brannenburg.
Alejandro lives to ski. In order to enjoy the white magic not only during the Argentinean winter, Alejandro has found himself a second home in Innsbruck, Austria.

At the Vertical Extreme 2006, Alexander Fuchs had a day as big as his 2m-long skis and won third place on Dammkar, Mittelwald.

3rd place in Oberstdorf, Snowboard
On Nebelhorn, Oberstdorf, Andreas Raue showed his potential at the Vertical Extreme 2006 and scored place three. He had already proven in 2002 that he belongs to the top snowboarders when he won the legendary Inferno Hookahee on Fellhorn.

12th and 13th place, Oberstdorf, SKI
The girls also scored in the Vertical Extreme 2006. In Oberstdorf, Anja Aaswald stood her ground against the men and won 12th place as the fastest woman in the race. Miriam Simon was equally successful in the same heat of the small final and gained 13th place on Nebelhorn with only a few seconds margin.

With a fantastic run on his snowboard, Christian Kühme was the lucky third in the Vertical Extreme 2006 on Wendelstein, Brannenburg.

| | Daniel Regensburger, Austria, 21 years
Third place, Dammkar, snowboard
The snowboarder Daniel Regensburger had already celebrated a victory at the Winter Spiele Fieberbrunn 2006. In the finals there, he chose the most aggressive line on his local mountain at Fieberbrunn, the Wildseeloder. In the Vertical Extreme 2006, Daniel won one of the much coveted checks for his third place on Dammkar, Mittelwald.

2nd place, Oberstdorf, snowboard
Local hero David Speiser won second place at the Vertical Extreme 2006 on Nebelhorn, Oberstdorf. In 2001 and 2003 he was German Champion in boardercross.
He also won the Nebelhorn Classics on his local mountain in 2000, 2001 and 2004. Personally, he thinks that his greatest success in sports was his participation in the Olympic Games in 2006.

With a daring “straight line“, Emanuel Madener left everybody else behind in the enthralling finals on Nebelhorn, Oberstdorf. He also scored top places in the Arlberg skierXtreme and the Red Bull White Rush races.

Marco once again proved his skills at the Vertical Extreme 2006 and won second place on Dammkar, Mittelwald. As a freeride pro his motto is “the steeper the better”. He is already looking back on a number of first descents, one of the most recent was in the savage mountains of Iran. But snowboarding is not his only passion, he also enjoys hiking in the mountains, surfing and sipping Cuba Libre on the beach.

Marco Madlener not only celebrated his contest debut in the Vertical Extreme 2006, he also scored his first victory on Wendelstein, Brannenburg. Two weeks later he topped it off by winning the third stop of the Vertical Extreme 2006 on Dammkar, Mittelwald .
In his ordinary life he works as a cook in his parent’s hotel and spends every free minute skiing in the local Arlberg mountains.

1st place, Dammkar, Wendelstein and Nebelhorn, snowboard.
Ralph Castelberg is not only active in the winter, he also keeps fit in the summer and competes in events such as the Munich City Run or the Iron Bike Race in Einsiedeln, Switzerland. In the Vertical Extreme 2006 he was the superior snowboarder and left everybody else behind on his longboard in all. Ralph also emerges regularly as the winner of other freeride contests.

2nd place, Dammkar, SKI
The Swiss Reiner Roman scored top places in the Vertical Extreme 2006 and finally stood on the winner’s podium with his second pace on Dammkar, Mittelwald. Inspired by this success he won the prestigious title of King of the Mountain only one week later in Andermatt. In optimum conditions, he even set a new course record.

The engineer Thomas Obermayer had all reason to celebrate on the second stop of the Vertical Extreme 2006 with his second place in the category snowboard on Wendelstein, Brannenburg. He regularly trains in his favorite ski areas Steinplatte, Obertauern, Kitzsteinhorn and Hochfelln and has been competing in various freeride events such as the Nebelhorn Classics, the Radical Ride and the Fren’s Inferno since 2004. Sports is also his main concern in the summer with pretty much everything from triathlon to climbing and surfing, as long as it’s not ballet.
